Creative Value Cast LLP is presenting its integrated aluminium casting and machining capabilities at IFEX for the first time, using the event as a platform to showcase its production expertise and industry positioning. The company, based in Rajkot, entered the market in December 2025 and brings more than forty years of combined experience in aluminium casting and component manufacturing.
The exhibition display focuses on gravity die casting and low pressure die casting solutions, highlighting the firm’s capacity to deliver end-to-end aluminium component production. Although no new products have been introduced at the event, the company is emphasising its operational strengths and technical capabilities to attract industry interest.
Creative Value Cast LLP’s manufacturing infrastructure supports aluminium castings weighing up to 25 kilograms and components with dimensions as large as 1200 x 1200 x 1200 millimetres. The facility operates with a melting capacity of around 300 tonnes per month and a net casting production capability of 200 tonnes monthly, enabling large-scale production for industrial applications.
A defining feature of the company’s approach is its fully integrated production model. All stages from raw material procurement and casting to machining and inspection are handled in-house. Quality assurance processes include chemical and physical testing, ensuring strict compliance with performance and durability standards throughout the manufacturing cycle.
The integrated infrastructure is designed to enhance production efficiency and supply chain reliability. By controlling each stage internally, the company aims to reduce lead times and maintain consistent quality, positioning itself as a comprehensive solution provider for aluminium components.
This marks the company’s debut participation at IFEX, expanding its outreach within the foundry and manufacturing ecosystem. Previous exhibition appearances at events such as Automechanika and LU Cast provided industry exposure, while IFEX represents a strategic opportunity to engage directly with original equipment manufacturers and potential business partners.
Through its presence at the exhibition, Creative Value Cast LLP seeks to strengthen industry relationships and explore new partnership opportunities. The company’s leadership expressed optimism about connecting with stakeholders and identifying avenues for long-term collaboration as the event progresses.
