Jinbin Valve has completed the production and shipment of a new batch of large-diameter welded ball valves destined for Belarus. The valves, ranging from DN250 to DN500, were manufactured according to precise customer specifications and underwent multiple rounds of workshop inspection and quality testing before dispatch to ensure on-time project delivery.
Each fully welded ball valve features a blue anti-corrosion coating, designed to resist both soil and atmospheric corrosion, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. A worm gear transmission system on the valve top enables smooth and efficient manual operation, while reserved interfaces allow for electric or pneumatic actuators to facilitate remote or automated control when needed.
For maintenance efficiency, the valve body includes a drain and vent connection at the bottom, simplifying pipeline emptying and servicing. The valves’ compact structure and balanced weight distribution make them easy to install and lift on site. Their durable construction makes them ideal for long-distance pipeline systems and other critical applications where reliability is paramount.
Full-bore welded ball valves are used across multiple sectors. In urban gas transmission and distribution networks, they ensure safe and stable gas delivery in trunk pipelines, gate stations, and pressure-regulating facilities. In oil transportation, they serve as shut-off valves for crude and refined pipelines, providing emergency isolation and sectional control.
They are also suitable for district heating networks handling high-temperature water or steam, as well as chemical processing and refining pipelines carrying corrosive or hazardous media. Additionally, they are applied in municipal water supply and drainage systems, where large-diameter control valves are required for water treatment and sewage facilities.
Jinbin Valve specializes in project-based solutions and custom-designed valves tailored to customer requirements. The company’s engineering team collaborates closely with clients to select designs that optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
