Pomini Tenova has delivered its fifteenth roll grinding machine to Vietnam-based Hoa Phat Group, further strengthening a long-standing industrial partnership and reinforcing its position in the global steel equipment market. The latest shipment highlights the company’s continued role in supporting large-scale rolling mill operations with advanced grinding technologies.
The machine, produced for the Hoa Phat HRC2 project, was successfully tested and shipped three months ahead of schedule, demonstrating Pomini Tenova’s ability to meet tight deadlines and complex technical requirements. The equipment is expected to arrive in Vietnam in the first half of April, where it will be integrated into the company’s expanding steel production infrastructure.
This milestone marks a continuation of cooperation that began in 2016, when Pomini Tenova first supplied roll grinding machines for Hoa Phat’s cold rolling operations. Over the years, the partnership has expanded to include additional machines for hot rolling facilities, bringing the total number of delivered units to fifteen.
Pomini Tenova’s heavy-duty grinding systems play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality rolls used in steel manufacturing. These machines operate continuously in Hoa Phat’s mills, contributing to efficiency, consistency, and improved output quality.
Company representatives emphasized that the successful early delivery reflects strong coordination and technical expertise across teams. The project also underlines the company’s commitment to delivering reliable equipment and maintaining long-term customer relationships through responsive service and engineering support.
As global steel producers continue to invest in capacity and efficiency improvements, collaborations such as this highlight the importance of advanced machinery and trusted partnerships in sustaining industrial growth and competitiveness.
