Collierville’s Planning Commission has approved a proposal to subdivide the Thompson Machinery property and reviewed plans for internal road infrastructure at the site. The decision was made during the commission’s first meeting of 2026, held on Tuesday, January 6.
The meeting was rescheduled from its usual first-Thursday slot due to the New Year holiday. Officials said the endorsed road network plan will support future development at the Thompson Machinery site, improving site access and traffic flow as the project moves forward.
