Taiwan took the spotlight at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025 in Singapore, unveiling a new generation of intelligent and eco-efficient textile machinery that redefines manufacturing across Asia. Under the theme “Reshaping Asian Manufacturing: Taiwan’s Smart & Sustainable Textile Solutions,” the showcase highlighted how technology, environmental responsibility, and digital innovation are driving the textile industry’s transition toward smarter, cleaner production.
Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and leading industry associations, the event gathered global media, buyers, and manufacturers to explore Taiwan’s latest advances in automation, digital process control, and energy-saving systems. Six major Taiwanese companies — ACME, Copower Technology, KUANS, Asia Kingdom, Logic Art, and Pailung — introduced cutting-edge technologies that integrate AI, automation, and sustainability across the textile value chain.
From low-liquor-ratio dyeing machines and automated chemical formulation systems to AI-driven color analysis, smart tension control, and total factory automation, these innovations collectively mark a shift toward low-carbon, data-driven manufacturing. Pailung’s next-generation jacquard knitting machine and Logic Art’s fully integrated dye house automation platform demonstrated how Taiwan’s engineering excellence is shaping the smart factory era.
Beyond technology, Taiwan’s participation emphasized its long-standing commitment to helping global textile producers achieve sustainability without compromising performance. Each showcased solution — whether in dyeing, knitting, or digital monitoring — reflects a unified vision: to create resilient, circular, and high-value textile ecosystems across Asia.
By merging intelligence with environmental responsibility, Taiwan’s textile machinery sector reinforces its position as a driving force in the global transformation toward sustainable and competitive textile production.
